Editing
Now we have finished all of our filming, we must upload all of our footage onto the school computers so we can edit our footage to create the perfect two minute opening scene that we want. To upload the video footage and edit we need to use a software called Adobe Premier Elements. This software allows us to cut things out and swap bits around and enable us to have match on action in any scene where there are two camera angles used on one part of the film. It also allows us to add music over the top of the video to create tension and to make it scary as our genre is horror.
Music/Sound 2
After alot of searching on many website we found a website called freeplaymusic.com. This website allows you to freely download 15 second - 1/2 minutes clips of sound effects or actually soundtacks. We wanted to find a track that would grip the audience and make them scared and on the edge of their seat. The type of tracks that would do this would be quick, jumpy sounds and loud noises that are not pleasant to hear. Choosing the right music to go with a scene is important because it can add so much to a plain scene and make it seem exciting. Here are the three soundtracks we have decided to use;

Filming Has Come To An End!
After several weeks of planning how and what we are going to film and included in our two minute opening scene, we have now finished. We finished filming couple of days ago after spending two hours after school to get everything finished and filmed the way we all wanted it to be. The next step to complete the whole film is now to add music and edit parts of our opening scene, which we will do in the coming week.
